LienYard is built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This product is used under time pressure, often on a phone in a truck; accessibility is a core requirement, not an add-on.
What we implement
- Deadline urgency is never conveyed by color alone: every status carries a glyph and text label alongside its tint.
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 against its background throughout the product.
- Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator, including the intake form, the board, and letter flows.
- Labeled form fields with inline, text-based error messages.
- A skip-to-content link on every page.
- Printed letters and packets remain legible in pure black and white.
Third-party surfaces
Checkout and the billing portal are hosted by Stripe, and some email clients render our messages with their own markup. We choose vendors with strong accessibility records, but we cannot fully control those surfaces.
